This platform supports consistent onboarding, coaching, mentorship, and communication during a six-week educator-preparation internship. It is a support tool — not an evaluation instrument, certification tool, or formal research data source.

Confidentiality: Participants use coded, role-based identifiers (not personal names) within the platform. Formal study data sources are limited to semistructured interviews and the implementation journal. Platform activity is implementation support information only and is not used for evaluation or employment decisions.
